Actor Johnny Depp apologized on Friday for joking with the possibility of assassinating the US president, Donald Trump , ensuring that his comments were “poor taste”.
The star of “Pirates of the Caribbean” generated controversy on Thursday in the British music festival Glastonbury when reflected on the time that has passed since an actor killed a US president.
His words provoked harsh criticism from fans Trump, and Depp said on Friday it had no misconduct.
